Icicle Necklace

I followed a pattern from Bead and Button magazine in hopes of having this finished in time for playing Mother Winter.
Unfortunately I was not realistic on the finish time and one week was not a long enough time to give myself.
Still I was able to finish this and I plan to make some matching earrings.
I may wear this with my Snowangels costume
